Nominal account

Receive, hold, distribute

KVELL’s secure payment infrastructure for businesses with a flow of payouts to individuals and sole proprietors. Fees, bonuses, vacation pay, cashback, rewards, one-off compensations — to a card, via SBP, or by bank details.

Benefits a current account does not offer

KVELL is the Account Holder, you are the Beneficiary. Legally and operationally, this is a completely different structure.
Protection by lawFunds in the nominal account belong to you as the Beneficiary. KVELL’s debts cannot be collected from them — Art. 860.5 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Accounting is maintained separately for each merchant; funds are not commingled.
Net revenueMoney intended for recipients passes through the account in transit. Your tax return shows only your commission or remuneration, not the full payout turnover.
All payouts in one flowFees and civil-law contract payments, contractor remuneration, payouts to sole proprietors, cashback and customer bonuses, vacation pay and premiums, prizes and compensations — by card, SBP, or bank details.

One cycle from receipt to payout

Funds arrive in the nominal account, pass checks, and are sent to the recipient. KVELL’s commission is charged transactionally — without end-of-month invoices.

1

You top up the nominal account

From your company’s current account. Or you accept payments from customers — by card, SBP, or payment link. Accounting is maintained separately for your business.

2

The platform checks the recipient

Card ownership, AML and sanctions lists, and optionally SMEV checks and other reference data. All before the payout is made.

3

Funds are sent to the recipient

To a card, via SBP, or by bank details. One by one, by registry, or via bulk upload. Contracts and acts, if needed, are generated in EDI.

4

Commission and remaining balance are debited automatically

KVELL’s remuneration is debited without acceptance at the moment of payout. Your remaining balance goes to your current account. A monthly act is generated in the dashboard.

Tax roles remain with you and the recipient

Under the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, the tax agent is the source of income payment (Arts. 24, 226). The nominal account holder under Art. 860.1 of the Civil Code does not become such a source — it only carries out operations on behalf of the Beneficiary. Tax obligations are distributed between you and the recipient depending on the recipient’s status.

Recipient pays independently

Self-employed

Tax payment is the recipient’s responsibility. You provide correct payout data. The platform confirms the recipient’s active status before the transaction.

Recipient pays independently

Sole proprietor

The sole proprietor keeps their own records and pays taxes under their tax regime. You provide the correct recipient details.

You are the tax agent

Individual

Civil-law contract fees, salary and vacation pay, bonuses, one-off payouts, cashback, rewards, prizes, compensation. Personal income tax and insurance contributions, where applicable, are your responsibility as the source of income payment.

KVELL does not calculate, withhold, or remit personal income tax or insurance contributions on the Beneficiary’s payouts. This follows directly from Art. 860.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (status of the nominal account holder) and Arts. 24, 226 of the Tax Code (tax agent obligations arise only for the source of income payment).

One API, one dashboard

No separate integrations with the gateway, EDI, or verification systems. Everything is in one connection.

Acceptance and payouts

MIR, Visa, Mastercard cards, SBP, payment links, recurring payments. Payouts to card, via SBP, or by bank details — individually or in bulk by registry.

EDI and registries

Contracts, acts, and consents with simple electronic signature from a phone. Registry exports in XLS, CSV, TXT — on schedule or on request. 1C integration.

Checks before payout

Card ownership by the recipient, AML and sanctions lists, and optionally SMEV methods. Reduced fraud and operational risks before transfer.

Security and compliance

PCI DSS 3.2.1 Level 1, data encryption, transaction signing, role-based access. Compliance with 115-FZ and 152-FZ. Skolkovo resident — remuneration is VAT-exempt.
